Drunken Rainbow

I took a quick photo of this outfit with my iPhone and sent it to my sister for some reassurance that it was a smart purchase.  Her response, "you look like a drunken rainbow".  Not sure if this is a compliment, I do like rainbows and being drunk can be kind of fun sometimes, right? (My Mother is disagreeing right now I assure you).  But maybe she thought I looked stupid.  Either way, I kinda like the look.  What do you think?
