Currently on my coffee table. This book, Underwater Dogs, is my favorite and so entertaining.

I have a confession, I'm a fashion blogger and I really don't shop that much. It's true. I actually prefer shopping for groceries than heading to the mall any day. However, I do love to check out home stores and sweet little boutiques in the Virginia Highlands. It makes for a fun weekend trip to grab a coffee, browse some local shops and have a quick bite to eat. It's the perfect way to spend the weekend if you ask me. There's one store I recently discovered called Stanton Home Furnishings that has amazing and gorgeous furniture, but I can't afford it. I can however, afford the home decor pieces like this pretty white thing-a-madgiggy and my favorite book on my coffee table right now, Underwater Dogs. Hilarious. The genius who thought to photograph dogs jumping into the water to get a ball deserves a prize.
On another note. I used to work at Nordstrom back in my college years and one of the biggest dilemmas I found from shoppers in the shoe section was finding shoes in their size. Big feet is the new thing. It's hard to find cute shoes for any foot over a size 10. For all you ladies who rock a size 10 foot or bigger, be sure to head to Barefoot Tess to find adorable shoes, like these Jeffrey Campbells in your size. They also have sizes from 6-10, so let's all head on over together, big feet or not.
